This text comes from Matthew 11:28. It was one that didn't mean a whole lot to me until one day it touched someplace really deep. And this chant came out. What I really enjoy about this one in particular is the dissonance created with semitones. Enjoy! © Path of Becoming LLC, 2024

The text for this chant is: Truly God's guidance is the only guidance, and so we surrender to the Sustainer. This is part of a Quranic text, 6-71, as rendered in The Way of Mary, Maryam, Beloved of God by Camile Helminski (p. 369).

"Mercy. Mercy. Mercy. Deep within and all around." Working with the quality of Mercy - I invite you to be aware of the vibrations in your body as you chant - and what lingers afterward.

This chant was inspired by a recent Qigong practice. At the end of the practice, the teacher said: I am a part of all I see, all I see is a part of me. As soon as I heard these words, the chant appeared. May it serve your practice and awakening today.
