Centering Prayer Day-Long Retreat
This retreat will follow a structured rhythm that includes:
Chanting: Engaging in chanting to foster embodied awareness.
Body Prayer: Incorporating movement to bring us deeper into the present.
Centering Prayer: Practicing consenting to the action and presence of God.
Teaching: Learning from the insights and teachings of Cynthia Bourgeault and Thomas Keating.
