The journey of life — of spiritual growth and development — is ultimately a journey of coming home. Coming home to find that we are loved and supported just as we are. Coming home to discover our deepest, truest self — an essence that has never left us no matter where we have been and no matter what we have done. Coming home to find that we are held lovingly, tenderly, and entirely by that energy that some call God.

This journey of deepening life in the spirit, of discovering (really, rediscovering) essence has been the journey of my life.

Coming from a family with mixed cultural, social, and religious roots, I have discovered the Divine in Contemplative Christianity, Theravada Buddhism, and the many traditions and backgrounds of those teachers and students I have met along the way. I believe that the work of spiritual companioning is deeply sacred work. It is walking with another; helping them to notice, name, and see deeply how they are being loved by the Divine, how the Divine is gently calling them by name and beckoning them home.

As an ordained minister, spiritual director, and ICF certified professional coach. I will listen with you and work with you to create the space that you need to discover your connection to the expansiveness of life and the universe. I will help you tune in to how the Divine is loving and leading you at this moment on your journey. In short, I will walk the road with you as you discover the path back home, back to the deepest place of belonging.
